Your body must be agile and possess sufficient flexibility to react quickly enough to reach where your opponent hits the ball, then generate enough power and more flexibility to return it to the place you want on the court - with the type of shot you want.

We provide the ways you can find out the structure of your body, what areas are weak and which are more prone to injury, how well your body is able to perform normal movement and tennis specific actions - then provide you with a detailed report of the action required to improve your tennis game, something you can work on with your tennis coach or conditioning teacher.
