Football - Reduce the risk of injuries

Recently I’ve had the opportunity to work with Premiership and Championship footballers. They are very well trained with incredible fitness, but they, like everybody else, do suffer from poor posture.

Trying to build strength into a player with poor posture will not only have limited benefits, but will also force the body to cheat in the way it moves, creating further compensations and an endless circle of recurring injuries.

By addressing the problems in a player’s posture, you will have proven greater gains in strength and stamina and a greater decrease in non-impact injuries. I have used a unique method of assessment and treatment on current players to huge success.
