Long distance running and injuries seem to go hand in hand. I’ve not yet had the fortune to meet anyone who runs who does not have at least one niggling pain somewhere in the body. Everyone who takes this sport seriously does seem to have proper running shoes, but incredibly most have the wrong type because they have chosen a shoe that does not match up with their foot type.

A runner can have bad technique which leaks energy, meaning they will have a slower time, and when you add the wrong trainers and the thousands of steps a runner can make each time they run into the equation, you’re asking for trouble.

I work with individuals to work on their technique depending on their limitations, weaknesses, and foot type and improve the efficiency of your run, which of course means faster times.
