The game of tennis requires the body to have good levels of endurance, strength, power, reactions and flexibility for a long duration, as well as perform numerous running, lunging, jumping and strokes with the racket.
If the body lacks any one of these, the performance of the player's game will not be as effective.
At ReForm In Motion, we will view how the client can perform in each of these elements of the game. Through adaptive assessments, we use tailored, specific, exercises and movements to improve the clients game.As with many sports, people can also often pick up injuries. This can be frustrating for the enthusiast as it limits potential and performance. We, through a similar method to increasing standard performance, can identify these injuries and speed up the road to recovery through movements specific for tennis.
Our services are already utilised by the aspiring tennis professional, people who wish to improve their game for recreation purposes and even for coaches wishing to help broaden their knowledge of the human body through tennis movements, not to mention people wishing to return to their game after (or during) an injury period.
